What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces for most products. For custom-designed items, the MOQ can be as low as 10 pieces for development orders. We are flexible with trial orders for new customers to help build trust and long-term partnerships.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM services. We can manufacture products based on your specifications, 2D/3D drawings, or physical samples. Our engineering team can also assist with product design and optimization. All custom designs are protected under NDA agreements.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit) for large orders, and Western Union for sample payments. For established customers, we can discuss more flexible payment arrangements.
How long is your production lead time?
Standard products: 15-20 working days after deposit confirmation. Custom products: 20-30 working days. Samples: 7-10 working days. During peak seasons, lead times may be slightly longer, but we always communicate any delays in advance.
Can I get free samples?
We can provide samples for quality evaluation. For standard products, sample costs are generally refundable against bulk orders. Shipping costs for samples are typically borne by the customer. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific sample requirements.
What certifications do your products have?
Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Products are CE compliant and can be tested by SGS or TUV upon request. We maintain full quality traceability from raw materials to finished products, and can provide test reports and certificates with each shipment.
How do you ensure product quality?
We follow a strict 6-step quality control process: raw material inspection, precision assembly, vacuum brazing, pressure testing at 1.5x operating pressure, visual inspection, and protective packaging. Every product is tested before leaving our facility.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship by sea freight (FCL/LCL) for standard orders, and air freight for urgent or sample shipments. We work with major shipping lines and freight forwarders to offer competitive rates. We can arrange shipping to any international port worldwide.
Do you provide warranty for your products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, we will replace any defective products caused by manufacturing defects. Our quality team will work with you to investigate and resolve any quality concerns promptly.
