1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the YUANFAN RADIATOR website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. YUANFAN RADIATOR is a registered business based in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, China, specializing in the manufacture and export of automotive radiators, intercoolers, and heat exchange solutions.
2. Products & Pricing
All product specifications, images, and descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and order volume. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
3. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and deposit payment. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product type. Custom or OEM orders may require additional lead time and documentation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment or against Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Payment methods include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other internationally accepted methods as agreed upon. Full payment is required before goods are released for shipment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms follow Incoterms as specified on the Proforma Invoice (commonly FOB, CIF, or CFR). Lead times vary by product and order volume, typically 15-45 working days from deposit receipt. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
6. Quality & Warranty
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems. Products undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipment. Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of shipment. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods with supporting photographic evidence. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Returns & Refunds
Custom-made and OEM products are non-returnable unless defective. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee of 15-20%. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of YUANFAN RADIATOR and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
YUANFAN RADIATOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, China.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
